Does anyone know what company had the commercial where a couple looks at a new house, and they found out that there is a half-pipe next door with loud rock music? Later on, they showed a scene where a double Amtrak P42 Genesis (I think) runs through their backyard?

I think it was a Bank of America commercial. It was just on last night, I have seen it several times.
