Not to be flippant here, but are you looking for a job or a discount? Hard way to go about getting a discount if you ask me.

BNSF does have discount program called "Fast Track".
Employees pay dealers cost, and no hidden fees.

Discount is for:

WV, Ford, Subaru, Toyota, Audi... and maybe a few more....

No discount for Toyota but there is one for Chrysler products. I cant disclose how much you get in discounts but it is pretty good on the more expensive vehicles. It is pretty easy to find on the employee page.
