While an FCE can be a useful tool to explore your physical limitations after a work-related injury, there are certain things you need to know before moving forward

Of course, railroads are not under State Worker's Compensation Acts, but rather under Federal Employer's Liability Act (FELA).

Fortunately, I completed my eleven year railroad career without ever need to be a claimant, or under FELA, a plaintiff.
