We headed out to Coal City for a bit today to train watch. It was well worth the drive. We saw the UP IBPCI Stacker. It was lead by a UP GEVO 5373, a CSX C40-8, and a UP SD70ACe 8359! Sounded great moving at track speed. This was the first time I have ever seen an SD70ACe on a mainline train. The only other time I saw one was when it was on display in Franklin Park, IL for Railroad Daze. We also saw power of BNSF and BN. Storm clouds were moving in, so we had to get going.
