People miss trains to work after travellers park their caravans in railway station car park
"People on their way into work this morning were forced to miss their trains after finding the railway station car park was three quarters full with travellers’ caravans.
Around a dozen caravans, together with a number of vehicles with plates registered outside of the UK, parked up at Lea Green station in St Helens last night.

That is a not uncommon problem, though not usually in station car parks. There is a piece of unbuilt on land near me and occasionally caravans will turn up without notice and camp there for a period. The local government tries to frustrate them by making the entrance to the field difficult to pass. Gypsy travellers find the modern crowded world difficult to live in, when most land is now built on or intensively used.
