Appears as if authorities on the scene are saying that the Karachi Express ran a red signal, resulting in the initial crash, tho an investigation is pending. In addition to the 120 killed, hundreds more are injured. Tragic.

Seems that the details surrounding this accident have been sketchy at best from the start. Anyone know the status of the investigation, especially whether or not the suspected cause of the accident has actually been confirmed?
