which dispater desk ran the corning secondary from newberry to lyons? was there a yardmaster that ran both yards(baker st & the yards were wegmans is now)? I posted on the P.C. forum and got no replys

Corning Branch was in two separate PC regions - Lyons to Geneva (GY), which was signalled TCS in the Notheastern Region, Buffalo Division; below there was mostly PC Manual Block System rules with a couple more sections of TCS, Central Region, Williamsport Division. Appears one TCS segment was in Corning, approximately MP 70-75.
