ACR - Frater, ON

My wife and I are loooking at properties in Northern, ON with rail access. One place I've seen along the Agawa Canyon train is Frater.

Does anybody know much about this place? My wife is a professional and we are looking to relocate to Algoma.

Some basic information I was able to find about Frater:

Frater is located at Kilometre 165,1 (Mile 102). It's located on the fringe between Zone 3 & 4 of the ACR's fare zones.
