I'm 2 for 2, so I will take a shot at this. Just from browsing Google Maps, my money is on Linden Street in Avon.

Indeed this location is Linden Street on the southern edge of the Village of Avon, and the train is southbound. With the Jack Frost car in tow, I'm guessing this was in the early days of the corn sweetener industry in the Hamlet of Lakeville.
