up mileposts

hello, i was wondering if any of you know of any resources for finding out milepost numbers for specific cities, or town.
im currently looking for the overland route yard numbers. like bailey yard, cheyenne,green river, ogden,ect.

This will give you some locations of crossings and their milepost ID numbers, should help you out quite a bit and point you in the direction of the mileposts, should be able to look at a google map or other map and place the milepost locations on a map.
