Horrifying what demented minds can do on the internet.

Here's hoping Mr. Norton is "on guard" lest someone tries to hack me for accessing this site.

I think they will have Amtrak after them for using photos of their equipment, ticketing documents, and models depicting Amtrak employees.

Um, that's an interesting web-site. A quick Google revealed ZERO press, and no hits on the web-site. How did you find it?

I'm wondering if they propose to be some type of Pullman operation, with PV's on the corresponding Amtrak trains?

Not sure if there's an IP violation, using pictures of Amtrak equipment.

Some of the tabs are written in Latin.

Perhaps it's a website template, as it's pretty well done.

Been too many years since I took Latin; maybe Mr. Google is a bit more "refreshed":grinning:

Those words are "dummy text" or what typesetters used to call "Greek Text". It's just there to simulate the copy "to be written", and one can visualize the page layout. See here:

Whoever did this spent some time & energy to get to this point. Perhaps an academic project?

A High School project for this kid:

https://twilightrail.com/our-board

Guess the other guy must be his Teacher.

Apparently, he is of thought that Amtrak will restore "The Lark" so that he can tack on his cars and go where Amtrak has never gone - San Jose-SF. Love how he will allow occupancy after arrival.

I think it a fair statement that this is the kid's High School Computer Science project.

Website was better than some real websites (cough Boston Surface cough). Not sure why people are angry about it if it was just a project.
