I recently got a interview with TTX for a carman position. I did some research on what its like to work there and didnt have any luck. I was wondering how is the training like for new hires? Do they actually take the time to train them or throw them to the hounds? Is it unionized? How much is starting pay typicality? Are the other Co workers pretty good to help out new guys in general?
