I was driving through Lake Worth around 9 pm on 11/10/07 and saw a stopped train. Finally about a mile north of where I saw the stop train I finally saw the engine and it wasn't pretty. I'm not sure if the train hit a car or a person, but there were plenty of police officers. I saw someone I knew there and asked him what happened, he said that someone tried to beat the train and they lost. I will post the news story when it comes out.

Remember, when the gates go down don't go around.

As always, my sympathy goes to the crew of this train, they were just
doing their job and minding their own business when this un-necessary
accident occurred. They do not deserve the stress that they are probably
going through.

I feel sorry for the incident.

That's why you should stop, look, and listen.
