Knowing that railfanning is in my purview, my friend asked me if I know of any upcoming tourist excursions in PA who offer overnight accommodations; I know RBMN occasionally offers or hosts excursions like that, at the moment they have none posted. Off the top of my head I can not think of another example - can anyone offer me imput?
