This look familiar?

This is one of three glass negatives that I bought from an antique dealer in upstate New York. I posted them on the New York railfan listing and some folks made some guesses as to whether it was Endicott or Johnson City. The only thing anyone could agree on is that they didn't know where it might be. I am from Massachusetts, so I have no idea where it could be. I am not 100% positive that it is even in New York. But anyway, I thought it might look familiar to someone here.
