ok, its for a plane , but could such a design be utilised in a train . Seems ideal for the Viewliner style double windows.

Can't get that video to work. Try this: https://www.designboom.com/design/zephy ... 6-19-2020/

They look like they take up a lot of space. I still think the Delta One setup would work better on a train and be much simpler to implement:

Messrs. Benton and Trainguy, those things don't always work, and when to which I was assigned "had enough", according to a United Attendant, cost some $100K per unit.

She tried valliantly; but before too long, I was reseated in the center of the B-772 - and no further flightseeing - as well as the company of a nice English-speaking Bosnian lady.

Really, with Amtrak's history of stellar maintenance away from safety items, how long would it be until those pods had a 100% Bad Order ratio?

Mr. Wolf, from having flown overseas, and since 1990 in Business Class, you can sleep, at least Eastward, well enough. I'm about as "light a sleeper", and even more so considering my 79yo age, as they come (the Air Force even marked my medical records' no overnight duty - days or swings only).

The "pods" are one thing for airline maintenance; something else for Amtrak.
