The 470 Railroad Club (Equipment and Activities)

The annual 470 Club trip will take place on 11/2.

1741 will lead to Conway, and then be placed between the F units for the notch run on tomorrow's 470 Club trip.

The trip was good and a fun chase, although I along with some others noticed a FedEx truck chasing it interestingly

I'm sure that FED EX truck consumed a lot of fuel on that chase. I told them, if they ever chase the Winni Scenic's Fall Foliage Train in that truck, stay off Winona Road..

I didn’t chase the train, but I did go to Conway expecting a photo opportunity with the Flying Yankee. I was extremely disappointed they skipped over it, which boggles my mind. Why did they do that? With plans in the works to move the train indoors, who’s to say if they will get another opportunity. They shouldn't have skipped over it.

Now that you mention it, I recall a fedex truck chasing the Mass bay trip to Lincoln last spring.
