I don't know if this happens on other districts, but on the south side of CUS, when trains are switched from station power to HEP, on occasion there is a buzzer that goes off in the cab car. The buzzer sounds for several seconds after station power is turned off and will continue sounding until HEP is activated. If a cab car is positioned anywhere in the middle of the consist, the buzzer goes off as well. Does anybody know what this buzzer in the cab car is?
