(1)Has the UP left the rails in place from the Dotsero Cutoff down to the Royal Gorge, or have they finally been lifted?

(2)What is the potential, if the rails are still in, for UP reactivating this freight line?

(3)Does UP still own the rails from the Royal Gorge to Canon City, or does the tourist passenger railroad there own this portion of the line?

(4)Are the rails still in east of Canon City, to Pueblo and a junction with the north-south joint UP/BNSF main line there?

(5)This post is also on the UP forum, but didn't get a single reply.
