I ride the Wawa line generally a couple of times a week. At the Primos station, I saw the information posted above and could hardly make head or tail of it. Bus from Swarthmore to 30th St. apparently means that trains will run between Wawa and Swarthmore and that a bus will serve the rest of the stations, but that isn't really clear. No service July 24-28 apparently means no bus or train service on the Wawa line that week. There are more details on the Septa site, but I expect to ride the trolley and the subway during this project.

For the Wawa line shuttle from Swarthmore to 30th is weekends. Weekdays (except the week of the 24th with no service) is rail to 49th and shuttle from 49th to 30th.
Trolley sounds like a good call.

Does anyone have details on the SCIP? It's yearly maintenance that requires to shutdown between 30th street and Arsenal interlocking every year?

No; from what has been announced it's the final stage of a major project (dating from before "Penn Medicine"), which includes a (2-car?) layup track south of the platform to enable southbound trains to terminate and return north.
