About a mile or two east of Ogden Dunes, immediately west of the crossing that was taken out, there's a hut on stilts on the south side of the main. It has a metal stairway and about six high-intensity lights protected by ghetto grills. What is this? It appears to be derelict or disused, but I'm curious.
