Right now I live in a part of Jacksonville that's about 20 miles away from the only station in the city but I am moving to a part of St. Augustine,FL that's only about half a mile from the Florida East Coast Railway line.

I am thinking I will someday start a completly new rail service somewhere in the northeast but I am not exactly sure what service is needed just yet but I have some ideas.

I have passed it on the Silver Meteor before and I have noticed it was damaged in a fire. The first time I passed it was in 04 and it still looks the same. Does Amtrak have any plans to fix this station any time soon?

Hmm, if I were able to buy some cars, I would get anything they had and convert them to passenger coach cars and start a commuter railroad with them. That way I make some money off the cars.
