Was this on an 01800? On the new trains, they receive signals from equipment on the rail which sends the train the current speed limit. If you look at the controls, when the 01800 gets to the end of the outbound platform at Harvard, the 'speed limit' jumps from 10 to 39 miles per hour. I guess the d...
