It came inbound with the 2308, the 2306 was added at Wayne Electric as it was needed back at Frazer.

Septa used one of the RLs on a late night Malvern train a few years ago when Amtrak demolished a bridge between Merion and Narbeth which required the power to be cut, it was the RL a coach and a cab car. One was also used to rescue Amtrak 42 when it failed near Exton, the Septa RL was at Frazer and ...

It's using Knoxville reporting marks because Septa hasn't officially accepted it yet.

Cynwyds use track 5 at Suburban, when the Vs went down a Peak Trenton was starting on the 0, these days it is if a train gets protected out of Suburban for points south, and that's only if there isn't anything available on 5,6 or 7

A set of Marc cars went south out of 30th Amtrak level around 9pm tonight, guess that was the last set being returned to Maryland, on a side note they passed Amtrak 188 with the 642 leading (a shame Septa never managed to get that one for a day or two)

The PN train W230 did its usual run from Lansdale to Johnsville tonight (May 1st), they were around Glenside approx 12:20am, however they also had the 2 ex CSX B36-7s in tow, looks like they are getting them up to New Hope so hopefully they will be pulling trains soon too, maybe a photo opportunity ...

So you still want to carry on with that, how about reading all of my post and getting this back on the topic the OP opened it for, admin are you there?

Septa charges an onboard walk on fare, call it what you want but it's not a penalty, a penalty is what NJT charges when you board without a ticket, septa gives you a discount if you buy before hand (if you can), however we are drifting off the OPs original thread. I noticed Warminster got an extra e...

It's back to normal today, always be wary of saying they were operating normally, they might appear to, but other stuff it's linked to might not be, such as was the case with these ones for the past few days

I'm confused by the connections with NJT, isn't it NJT that argument should be directed at, the turn train at Trenton will connect for passengers FROM NJT, the train going up gets there at whatever time (hopefully) that's in the schedule and NJT connects with it, surely you don't expect Septa to cha...

It wasn't high winds, a motorist drove into the gate post knocking it into the catenary, the repaired the gate and another motorist drove through the downed gate, since then as previously mentioned the lights are not turning red while the gates are down, judging by how many accidents that area has t...

Doesn't that logic warrant half hourly service on all lines all day then? I've seen those passenger counters all over just recently surely they report back what ridership is and if more service is needed, I'm not sure there is enough passenger volume to cover the cost of more service, not to mention...

Is ridership up that much they need to increase to half hourly service? All the trains I've been on there been plenty of seats off peak

Last night April 13th (morning of April 14th) C746 was going from CP TL (CSX) across Septa and onto NS for the run down to Ford (they then go round to Elm down the Stoney creek to Dale), at the same time PN W230 was turning their train at Carmel to go up to Johnsville (north of street road on the wa...

Do you understand what a pilot program is? Just because it's proven technology somewhere else, or a system works for one company doesn't mean it will work for another, there are countless systems in place that do the same thing but operate in a different way on all companies, if it were as easy as y...
