It seems to me SR Management has disdain for its employees. This is going to get ugly. How do they expect cooperation from train crews ? And the office personnel are going to feel it just as bad.
I have a question, Does the RR call the employees and ask them to work OT? If so why should the employee be vilified?
Sounds like Gremlins to me.
At one stop a blind passenger with a seeing eye dog was able to listen to the announcement, cross over and board the train.
Take a pill i was just kidding!!
The best way to deal with spoiled children is to say " sit down and shut up ". For years the " wench" tried to coddle and appease and it got her fired.
I suggest the MTA, in an authoritative way issue a statement of " The train is late now sit down and shut up"

Classic , I WONDER if newsday will cover this or will do another MTA fluff peace.
What happens when the Mets need their parking lot back ?
Does the MTA think they can win ? The only way the unions will budge is if the strike lasts four to six weeks. My opinion is they (MTA) can't last that long. Arrogance and stupidity are i dangerous mix.
I am sure they have it all worked out, they always do.
