From VIA Rail's website:
Starting September 15, 2004, the first daily departure for Sarnia (train no. 85) will leave Toronto at 10:40 a.m. instead of 6:35 a.m. On Sundays, the 11:40 a.m. train for Sarnia (no. 685) will be replaced by the no. 85 train at 10:40 a.m. The last daily Toronto-bound train will leave Sarnia at 5:55 p.m. instead of 7:25 p.m.
This is a welcome change. The trains were running almost empty on the former International schedule.

This is good also will Windsor Trains be Effected?

So far this is the only change to VIA's schedule. There could be more changes with the fall timetable which might affect the Toronto-Windsor trains. We'll have to wait and see.
