I wouldn't be sorry about it, if somebody is upset you clearly are on the money.

Virtual Railfan's grab bag yesterday had three former S&NC coaches seen E/B on NS at Fostoria. Stainless steel cars with blue window bands, plus there was another car with them. I assume it's more Iowa Pacific assets being sold.

1. Doc N Dutches mentioned sanctions, not Revolution Rail.

2. They said additional scrutiny on international transactions due to Russian sanctions were delaying funding from European investors. They did not say they were depending on Russians to find the endeavor.

Don't be disingenuous Crail, if the investors were non-Russian Europeans there would not be much of an increased delay. Or it's just an excuse to buy time for a non-viable business plan or the investors never existed.
