Rock Train at Harpers Ferry

The last few times I've been at Harpers Ferry in the AM, there is a rock train that comes up the Shenandoah Subdivision. Two times I've been there, it seems to come around 8:30am. Does anyone know if this is a weekend job or just a weekday, or have I just been very lucky to see it?

Daily job, loads at Millville Quarry in West Virginia and delivers to a location at Bladensburg, MD - returns yesterday's emptys back to Millville for tomorrow's loaded train.
