A couple weeks ago I passed the Riverdale bulk transfer facility, and it looked to be empty. Did I just happen to pass on a slow day or have the operations there been shut down or move?

I was past there last Friday and it was empty then as well. Anyone know whats up?

I heard the business was consolidated to other facilites. This one is now surplus.
