Does anyone recall what color(s) the #108 was painted in during it's time with the Reader? I'm thinking of commissioning a model of it for Trainz Simulator 2012 eventually, and I'm having a hard time coming up with color pictures from it's years with the Reader. Also, anyone know of it's whereabouts after Rannoch Corp. got bought out? I called a phone number that I found online which said for anyone interested in helping with the repair work to call, but I got a voicemail. Thanks!

I have about a half-minute of 8mm I shot in the summer of '63 or '64. Not the greatest quality, and very short, but it is in color. I'll try throwing it up on YouTube a little later...

What was that 2-8-0 that was shown later? I found a pic here but I still can't identify it.

Edit:

Nevermind, it was 1702. It's now with the Great Smokey Mountains Railroad.

Yes, ex-US Army Baldwin 2-8-0. One of a large batch built during the war for service in Europe- hence the slightly strange appearance, to fit the smaller loading gauge there. The most notable feature was the low (by American standards) cab roof.

If memory serves (never a sure thing at my age), it was new to the Reader at the time and not in steam when we were there. The information in your second link, if correct, confirms it as the summer of 1964.
