Railroads missing on USGS Seamless Viewer

Hi;
For several years, I was using the USGS Seamless server to acquire DEM info. I used the Railroads layer to determine the area I was interested in. Now, I don't see the railroads as a layer (or any other option) on the Seamless Viewer. Anyone know what happened?
