PT-97 & 98

In early October, a friend and I plan on chasing PT-97 and PT 98.
Last I heard, it operates on Tue, Thu, and Sun. Is this still true?
I was also told that it leaves Scranton around 11:00 AM.

Best day for my friend is Friday, but I don't think anything operates on the Pocono Main then.
If it is now different, I would appreciate knowing.
