Did the PRR ever send anything more than 'interurban' cars to Rochester? Coaches and/or Pullmans? Which depot did they use, and what were the destinations served?

Passenger service between Olean and Rochester was discontinued in 1937. Believe gas-electric cars were used in the final years of this service.

PRR trains 595, 596, 597 and 598 operated between Elmira and Canandaigua. These trains carried a sleeper car Washington, D.C.- Rochester which connected with New York Central trains 3-7, 18-8 at Canandaigua. This service was dropped on April 25, 1955. PRR passenger service to Canandaigua was dropped on January 1, 1956.

The Pennsylvania Rochester passenger station was located on West Main Street.
