I was following another Searsport job this afternoon, and 2004 was the leader this day. I noticed in some of my pics that the ex-SF GE looks like it has old "ALCO-like" wheel assemblies. Looking back on a few other close numbers in the roster, I found the 2003 and 2005 have them, too. That just an older style GE thing? The ex-CR 2000 in today's train does not. Nor does ex-SF 2002 which I got a month or so ago. They resemble the more "modern" GE style like the B39s have.

you mean truck assemblies ?? AAR B road trucks or they had FB-2 trucks

The ones that look "ALCO-like" are AAR Type B road trucks. The modern-looking ones are FB-2 trucks.
