Phoenixville, PA yard? Old signal bridge still standing?

Hi all, I was looking on google maps and was wondering what/if any did the PRR facilities in Phoenixville consist of? In this location I've linked to, it looks like there is an old signal bridge still standing behind a row of newer houses/condos. Looks like the single track left under it is abandoned but there is space for a decent size yard. Is most of the old PRR trackage in this area abandoned?

Another related question I have is that I followed the river not to far to the North to Spring City, PA.

My atlas that shows the tracks from 1941 shows the PRR line going up the west side of the river here. On the location I have linked to, it shows a trestle (two tracks) that crossed over another line. My atlas only shows the PRR line. Was this just a PRR spur or another RR's line that was built after 1941? Where did it go?

The signal bridge in Phoenixville is where the PRR line on up to Pottstown split from the line down to Devault. The trestle in your link to Spring City is where the PRR went over the Schuylkill Canal.

I believe the track is currently out-of-service but not abandoned.
