railroad near wind gap pa.?

Is this the line that one can see from Rt 33 right past the bridge with the sinkholes/ crossover occured?
I mountain bike and photograph in JSP and see the abandoned line right before the belfast exit.

Clears a lot up for me as well. I live in Bushkill TWp and hike in Jacobsburg a lot, and I can tell a grade when I'm on it, but I never knew who it belonged to.
