Railfanning Knoche Yard in KC

I am interested in shooting ICE/DME and KCS action in Knoche Yard sometime this summer, and I am wondering, what are the most picturesque locations that I can shoot trains from both roads, what radio frequencies should I listen to, and when can I expect good traffic flow from both roads?
