I saw this centercab at the coal power plant off I-90 right after the CSX yard and before the road westbound turns right to go around cleveland. I need help on the owner, model, and #.
Can't tell from the photo or your description, but if that is west of CSX Collinwood Yard it is probably the CEICo power plant at E. 72nd St, shortly before I-90 westbound turns left at the Deadman's Curve onto the Innerbelt to bypass downtown.
