Train Fatality in Hamburg NY

Not too much information about the story as of right now but im sure there will be some to follow. Does anyone on here have any information?

Q169 was the train that struck the trespasser in Hamburg at MP 8.2.
This was the same night that a motorcycle ran straight into K653 at MP 262 in Oneida.
