SEPTA uses a digital trunk system. I do not know the channels though.

The regional rail network uses standard AAR channels. The other heavy rail and light rail operations use either conventional channels in the 500MHz band or talkgroups on an analog trunked system in the 500MHz band. All of the conventional 500MHz channels are repeaters except the yard channel:
