Agincourt Dead line

What is the line of engines to the left of the yard as you enter from the hump. They are between cars. Are they deadlined or just kept there. I saw a SOO unit and many older CP units. Are these deadlined or active, or stored. And does anyone know what unit #s these are.

If were talking about the same agincourt in scarborough ont. then there not dead to the last of my knowledge, there used every so often and some of them are remotely controlled units.
