Northern Route and Cascades Routes

I'm traveling on the Cascades and Empire Builder (Northern Route) and I was wondering if anyone knew if there were any time tables floating around for the route the Cascades take and the Nothern route so I can set my scanner and see where the DED's are.

I know there are really nice ones for CSX floating around.

The BNSF website might have timetables available to the public.

Don't know when you're traveling, but Altamont Press has timetables for those areas. And BNSF blocked access to the employee timetables.
