Hello,
I am doing research on the the Rockaway Loop. Specifically I am seeking photos or drawings of the Rt. 46 (formerly Rt. 5) overpass of the Rockaway Loop in Denville. Ideally with a train in the picture. I am alos seeking images of the Denville Junction , Denville, Rockaway, and Dover Stations. I have the images from Taber. Does anyone know of any others? Thank you for your consideration.

Check the Denville Library for the book DENVILLE DAYS published in the mid 50s plus there was a later, maybe late 70s early 80s history that may have pics. Also Lowenthal's LACKAWANNA IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY.
I do remember riding through there in the 40s but more vividley walking and bike riding in the 50s. Have not seen post cards of the bridge, though, nor pics from before Rt. 46 (NJ6) was built in the 30s. Perhaps an ad in the Morris County Record or other area paper may bring someting to light. I would sure be glad to see anything you might find.
