Has the NYS&W taken delivery of the SPVs from Croton Harmon (MTA Metro-North) yet???

Any idea the plan for them; refit, restore, scrap, or convert?

Last I heard, the plan was to convert them into usable coaches.

Those are not the NYS&W's. They belong to a group in NJ called the NYS&WT&HS. Has nothing to do with the NYS&W. All the NYS&W has is the M-5, M-6, M-7, and the M-8. All RDC-1's.
