D M & E excursion train City of Omaha to be in Dubuque, Iowa sept 16 and 23. does anyone know anything about this train, engines used, etc?

The train is the yearly convention train of AAPRCO. The full schedule is on their website. It should be made up of about 17 private cars each way and will stay overnight in Dubuque each way when operating Chicago to Omaha and then back.
