Major Sidings, Belen to Barstow

I am looking at the track diagrams for the transcontinential, and it is not obvious to me which sidings are significant. My understanding is that the old slip switch sidings from rule 251 days are rarely used. Which sidings are dispatcher controlled?

I personally don't think this is the proper venue for such postings.
