Not surprising. The train apparently derailed at or near CP 58 - and that's been a rough interlocking for many moons.
The WICU link is inoperative. Here's another, probably not as good:

2/3/2007 - WESTFIELD — There is no evidence of a hazardous waste spill from a CSX train derailment in Westfield on Friday.
According to Robert Sullivan, a CSX Railroad spokesperson, the incident happened at about 11:45 a.m. near North Gale Street. The train was on its way to Buffalo from Cleveland.
He said the train was 38 rail cars long, but only eight of those cars had left the tracks and none of them had tipped over. Sullivan said the cars were carrying either shipping containers or semi-trailers similar to a trailer that fell off another CSX train on Jan. 29 near Pecor Street in Portland, just a few miles further east on the rail line.
Richard Dausum, Westfield Fire Department second assistant chief, said there were no injuries to the two train operators and there was no evidence of a hazardous materials release. The Chautauqua County HAZMAT team did respond to the incident as a precaution, but the team was released at about 3:30 p.m.
Dausum said the train was believed to be carrying battery acids and other corrosive materials in some of the rail cars, but that nothing had leaked and there was no immediate danger to village residents.
The train was not blocking any railroad crossing, but emergency responders and CSX personnel were using the North Gale Street crossing, which was the closest access point to the derailment, as a staging area.
Sullivan was unable to give an estimate about how long it might take to clean up the scene and make any repairs to the tracks which might have been damaged during the accident.
Note also, that apparently they lost a trailer off a platform in the Town of Portland a few days ago.
