Working for Herzog - TransitAmerica

Lately "Transit America" which is owned by Herzog has taken over a number of commuter operations in the US, like:

*Altamont Commuter Express in Stockton CA
*Trinity Railway Express in Dallas/Ft Worth
*Tri-Rail in South Florida
*Rail Runner Express in Albuquerque NM

and the most recent one "Coasters" in Oceanside - San Diego.

Does anyone know what its like to work as an engineer for Transit America?
