Severe flooding in lower Hudson Valley

Sunday July 9, hours of heavy rain have led to severe flooding. West Point has received over 8" of rain. Reports in the NY Times of both tracks washed out south of Poughkeepsie. Woodbury, Highland Mills, the Palisades Parkway, West Point/Highland Falls have all suffered extensive damage, so one can expect West of Hudson service and River Sub traffic will also be impacted.

Any word of detours off the CSX River Line. It has flood issues, too.
