"Back in railroad days", the Lounge was often referred to as a Club Car; this especially the case with trains having these cars "reserved for the use of passengers holding Standard (Slumbercoach and other Econosnooze not welcome) Sleeping Car accommodations".

But be it assured that no passenger, class of service notwithstanding, would dare venture into such attired in tank tops and flip flops for footwear.

Unless a serious offense is committed on a train, conductors know that the offender is usually just removed from one train then allowed on the next. Yes some conductors can be sticklers but in the scheme of things no one comes to work in hopes of throwing someone off the train to try and make extra money. The bigger the incident, the more time spent dealing with the hassle of filling out delay reports, writing official statement, answering questions from the higher ups & APD.
Reminds me of the Tuscon AZ shooting a couple of years ago. I'll have to dig up to see what was the results in the courts.
